  • VIDEA's Fair Trade Fair Vendor Application Form 2019

    Join us on Saturday Nov. 23, 2019 from 10am - 4pm at the Metropolitan United Church Hall, 932 Balmoral Rd for VIDEA's Fair Trade Fair! All prospective vendors must fill out and submit this form by April 28th, 2019 to be considered for the Fair. The Fair Trade Fair Committee will assess all applications submitted by the deadline, after which point we will email you regarding the status of your application. We will get in touch with you should the Committee need clarification on your application before making a decision - thus, filling out this form to the best of your ability may prevent delays in approving your request. Approved vendors will be invited to pay for their table(s) in May. Please do not submit a payment before being asked to do so.

    A cap of 2 tables* per vendor ($45.00 each) is in place so that the Fair can accommodate as many vendors as possible. Please notethat if vendors intend to share a table with another prospective vendor, both vendors must go through our application process in order to be accepted into the fair.

    Tables are 6’x3’ - this is the amount of space vendors will be provided regardless of if they use the table or choose to use alternative props instead.
